Recently, we had our Annual Team Meeting where we reflect on our past accomplishments and discuss our future goals. We feel so honored as an office to have such an outstanding patient base that puts their faith in us to take care of their dental needs. As always, we are open to any suggestions that you may have for our office to improve and invite you to call or email the office at any time.

We can all agree that the area we want to improve on is communication. While we feel that our office is open and honest, there is always room for improvement. We want to make sure that we are not only hearing each other, but actively listening and processing what is being communicated. This is important for a healthy office culture, but also when interacting with patients. Everyone wants to feel respected and it’s our top priority that patients know we want to effectively communicate with them. If at any time you have further questions about treatment, our team is happy to discuss with you one-on-one.

Additionally, our team members plan on attending several continuing education courses that highlight upcoming innovations in dentistry. We are trying to stay true to our name and want to be on the forefront of technological advancements. You may already be aware that we utilize Laser Bacterial Reduction in our office and are proud to offer a service that is so beneficial to our patients. It may seem unusual for some to use lasers in Dentistry, but they have actually been used for decades. More and more dental offices are adding lasers to their treatment repertoire. It’s improvements, like using lasers, that we want to stay on top of and see what else is on the horizon in dental care.

Feel free to stop by the office anytime to talk about how we are looking to improve our services!
